The game board is slightly warping up on the Go To Jail corner but otherwise the surface is clean and in good playable condition. All six playing tokens and both dice are present. There are 12 hotels and 32 houses as there should be, all in good, playable shape. The title deeds are all present and in good, playable condition. The Superman and Clark Kent cards are all present, they will show their previous handling as they may not lay completely flat on the board or in a pile, but otherwise they are playable as they are. All the money appears to be there and in good condition. The rules are in good, readable condition. The box has some minor shelf wear but is otherwise in good, usable condition for storage.
