Description: If you have harbor operations on your layout, then you'll want to take a look at this U.S. Navy YTL Harbor Tug. These were built by various ship builders in the World War 2 era. From online research, it appears these stayed on duty into the 1960s. Once out of the Navy they went to other countries or went to work for private companies. The design appears pretty generic so this model would look at home in almost any harbor. It's small size won't over power a layout. It comes with extra pieces to allow the modeler to make their model unique if desired. Dimensions are 126mm/4.97in length,32.1mm 1.26 in width, 59.1.2mm/2.32 in height. Online research of these boats has show that deck gear seems to change from boat to boat. For that reason we've included multiple parts to allow the builder to set up their boat their way.
