These are New unused belts look to be a direct replacement for the AP50 style air packs waist belts. This is the belt ONLY, NO rescue rope or hook is included. If your just looking to replace worn tattered waist belts these are usable for that or purchase the rope kit to add on self rescue ability. With this belt you use the safety hook and loop around your waist to buckle in place of the typical seat belt style buckle.
