Description: A very early version of Tung Sol's black glass 6SL7GT, manufactured in their Newark NJ factory in the mid 1940's.These are known for being extremely durable, fantastic sounding tubes. The tube is pristine and tests out at 106/106 on a calibrated Sencore TC114 tester, on the high end of the NOS range for this particular tube on my tester. No leakage or shorts. The box is bit rough.
