It is in good condition as shown. The opening for the valve stem is clean on both sides. The front and rear outer edges are free of any damage. It is a two-piece wheel that was manufactured by Kelsey Hayes and still has the original GM parts tag on it. The wheel is stamped with a "XB" designation and is date coded "September 11 of 1970". Since the wheel is dated late September of 1970 and it has the "GM" parts tag still intact, it is more than likely a factory replacement wheel that was purchased from a dealership rather than installed on a Chevelle at the assembly plant.
