The 'Italy Picturesque' work features engravings by the French School, including historical people, Art, and important Italian landmarks such as the Taormina Amphitheatre in Sicily, Palazzo Vecchio in Florence and Fiesole in Tuscany, etc. This antique engraving is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age, in a nice gold-color frame, and ready for display. There are several small scratches/holes near the right hook on the backing paper, easily patchable, as shown on pictures, but does not impact the front engraving presentation. Overall frame size is 12 3/4" x 10", the engraving image size is 7 1/2" x 4 1/2" approximately. A nice historical work of art for your collection or as a unique gift for someone special.
