The skort features a stretch waist band with glittery gold pull tie straps. This has an attached diaper cover under the skort as shown in the pictures. Please view them all as it's hard to capture the adorableness of this set. The top retails for $16.00 and the skort retails for $18.00 separately. It is NWT and a size 24 Months.
