The lamps have tasseled shades and a shaded bell shape, operated by a rotary 'in-line' knob control style. From a clean, non-smoking home. The silk (?) fabrics on the shades are gorgeously clean and would highlight any damage instantly. They are designed for use as boudoir lamps or buffet/sideboard lamps. They come with a corded electric power source and require 4 candelabra-style bulbs per lamp. These lamps exude a Baroque/Rococo style reminiscent of the 17th century.
