Materials: mixed Made in Country: USA Marked size on tag: Unmarked see actual this has the dots that are puffed, the outer layer is sheer and the dots give it more of the ivory color, there is a larger yellowed spot on the train and lower lace and some soiling to the very bottom from dragging on the ground. overall though still super cool and hard to find. Measurements are listed , taken in inches laying garment flat and measuring across.
