Based on research, this set appears to be from the 1950s and is certainly from before 1962. The set is well-used but in good playing condition, with plenty of pictures available to show its exact state. Included are 6 mallets, metal wickets, two center pegs, and 6 balls. The six balls appear to be a mix from other sets and do not match. The red and white painted stand has a wonderful antiqued look and the original J.C.Higgins logo.
