USA.The Starrett Keyhole Caliper is in good overall condition considering its age, and guaranteed to be fully functional. A very hard tool to find. There is a kind of a grind/wear on one of his legs that doesn’t hamper its functionality. There is also a previous owner’s name marked on it. Practical for centering holes, either in flat or round pieces, also for calipering work close to an edge, as in a shaper or planer chuck, where it would be impossible to use a bent leg.
