Comes with a roughed up box ( I don't think it's # matching) and the owners manual. This amp sounds amazingly clear! We don't test these amps for MAX OUTPUT FYI, and we don't offer current dyno power ratings for the amp. Factory seals are still intact. Crossover card inside. Pics show cosmetics and what's included. This amp cleans up great and functions perfecly. Amp could've been touched up or possibly repainted at some time in the last 25 years.
