Description: The original 'Scarface' movie was released in 1932. That film was very controversial for its time, and many scenes had to be cut. It was remade in 1983, a little over FIFTY years later. This time, it starred Al Pacino, Michelle Pfeiffer, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, and Steven Bauer, among others. That 80s classic, which has become legendary, was released a little over FORTY years ago! It's now considered one of the best crime drama films of all time. In 2011, Universal remastered and re-released the 1983 film on Blu-ray, and added the 1932 original uncut version on DVD! And they also add a pack of cards, featuring movie stills, to this sweet steelbook packaging... Today we honor the movie 'Scarface', with a two piece bundle! First up is the TWO disc DVD set, featuring MANY special features! The first disc is the film remastered. The second disc is all special features, as it came out in '03, and is the TWENTY year anniversary edition! Both discs look really good, but with a few very light surface marks on them. Nothing bad, or that will affect play. Case looks great. The steelbook's Blu-ray and the DVD both look new, and are shiny and clean. Tiny bit of wear on the outside of the steelbook case. The pack of collector's movie cards are still sealed, and have never been opened. A very cool collection of 'Scarface' films and extras that will make any fan extremely happy. And with the holidays just around the corner, it's time to stay working on that list. Just remember, as Tony Montana would say, "every day above ground is a good day".
