It has a composite head, tin eyes (sleepy eye) and cloth body. I believe it's an original 1927 IDEAL TickleToes Baby Smile Doll. Or from an even earlier time period. It's signed on the back of the neck. It has "IDEAL" inside a diamond. On the outside corners of the diamond it says U. S. OF A. It comes with the antique shirt and shorts and two antique gowns.
