A matching set of 3, with very slight differences because of being handmade. No chips or cracks in the shades. One has a couple of tiny chips in the fitter edge, which will be covered when installed and in use, and one shade has some roughness along the top edge which isn't noticed unless inspecting closely (see closeups).
