However, if the customer receives the incorrect item or an item that is damaged, we will either initiate the exchange process for the incorrect or damaged item, at the customer's desire after conversation. SHIPPING INFORMATIONGround Shipping Smaller items will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the overall size, weight, and quantity of your order. Ground shipments will have tracking numbers available as well as timely service, usually 3-7 days in transit. Freight Shipping Machines and other heavy items are shipped via freight and will arrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are for curbside delivery only (residential, remote area, inside delivery or white-glove services are not included). Delivery usually take 7-10 business days; some items will take longer, based on your location. Important Information For Freight Shipments If you are in an area with limited access or outside of the delivery zone, it may be necessary to pick up your shipment at the nearest freight terminal. Prior to delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery.
