Description: This is a vintage, hardcover copy of "Smoky: The Cow Horse" by Will James, published in 1929 by Charles Scribner's Sons in New York. The book is beautifully illustrated by the author himself and is a great addition to any collection of Western-themed and/or children’s collection of literature. The book has a substantial crack that runs nearly the whole length at the front endpaper. This was the only crack I saw. The pages are clean and free of tears or creases. The cover has some white speckles (see photo) and minor signs of wear (primarily at the corners).
