Buzz and Hap venture to the dangerous world of Hecuba, where visitors from other planets are forbidden. In another Krigstein story, raiders from Pluto bring their space prisoners to the slave pits of Zikor the tyrant. Plus a biography of visionary writer H. G. Wells.
