There is a hole/fraying area by the front collar, There are several spots/stains on both the top and dress. The top has a couple of spots on the front and by the left armpit. The Dress has some spots by the lower hem on the right side and the middle. The Right Sleeve has been hemmed to be smaller. I think the stitches can be removed to make the sleeve opening open up again. Please see all pictures and measurements. Thanks for looking!
