The quarters are uncirculated and struck in proof quality, with various mint locations represented. The set includes two 25 cent denomination coins featuring designs representing each state in the union. The coins are not certified and are part of the Postal Commemorative Society's coin collection. Each state/territory panel also contains at least two postage stamps of or related to the state.The panels provide a two-page history of the state along with pictures and fun facts. The panels are enclosed in protective transparent sleeves.The sturdy hard-bound three-ring binders are in near new condition as are each panel.
