Overall the book itself, is in Good Condition. The soft boards have heavy wear, with stains and discoloration around the edges. There are a few nicks and tears along the edges and the corners are bumped. The boards are fraying near the spine. Internally, it is firmly bound, with very light wear to the pages, however, it has a slight musty smell. A few chips along the edges of the paper. A few creases on some of the pages.
