Throw Lever Vortex Viper PST II Diamondback Tactical FFP Scopes SV-5 Switch View

Check out my other listings if your like to order on in those colors**** These scope throw levers are designed, tested and 3D printed by me. Its designed as a replacement/alternative to the Vortex SV-5 switchview lever. Looking for a Tan/FDE version of this throw lever? Check out my other listings! These levers are printed in a plastic called PETG. PETG is far superior for use on items that will be used outdoors. PETG will not soften or deform when exposed to the high temperatures from direct sunlight which would be pretty typical for a scope. I bring this up only because most of what I see on eBay for sale are printed in PLA which can not withstand the harsh environments of the outdoors. PETG will also not loose it's color over time and is a much more durable material in all aspects. PETG is harder to print than PLA which is why you see a lot of them made from PLA listed here on eBay. This throw lever is not flawless. Its printed plastic and by nature will have some imperfections. I also use a threaded brass insert that's designed specifically for 3D printing. Most of the other throw lever I see here on eBay are using a much cheaper insert that's designed for injection molding and simply do not work as well when used for 3D printing. Yes, my inserts cost me more but again, I want to deliver to you a superior product. Every aspect has been thought out in it's design. The hole in the center of the lever lines up perfectly with the fiber optic insert of the PST GEN II scopes. The curvature of the lever cradles your thumb nicely so it doesn't slip off while turning and is only 1/8" thick so it will fit between the picatinny rail and the scope. Please verify that you have a minimum of 3/16" clearance for these to function correctly though. Also, being that these are made of plastic, It will not damage your scope if over-tightened nor will it harm your finish of your scope. Your scope does not need to be removed to install. These will flex open enough for you to slide them over the magnification ring without breaking. Can be sanded and painted with no issues to suit your particular needs if you so desire.
