WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. The cup measures 3 3/8ths inches wide across the top by 2 3/8ths inches high. The saucer measures 5 1/4 inches wide across the top by 5/8ths of an inch high. MADE IN CHINA / Artist's crest on the bottoms. No cracks, dents, gouges or stains. I find very few light surface scuffs commensurate with infrequent handling, cleaning and storage. This lovely and colorful tin cup and saucer set is clean, bright and ready for service and display.
