The item is still wrapped in the plastic from the factory. It is literally a brand new piece. Since these are factory sealed cased, we can not be responsible for any manufacturers defects or damages. They are sold as is. No Returns as these are all rare, one of a kind items and collectibles and lose value when they are opened/displayed. I don't have replacements or the ability to swap out items.
