This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including a black area on the left edge - perhaps a burn spot); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (several tears exist and some are larger (including one in the burn area); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
