This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and many are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (note perhaps washed); a few tiny/small holes; pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
