Description: DESCRIPTION: This is a 1980-81 Svijet Sporta Pele graded PSA 3. These were produced in the former Yugoslavia. As of the day this listing was updated, the PSA Population Report shows this is the ONLY PSA 3 and only 7 of these oversize cards have ever been graded. I've been asked about shipping in the past so let me say this. I ship expensive cards with Registered Mail. This takes 10-14 days on average for delivery. It is by far the safest way to ship as the card is under lock and key the entire way to you, which is why it takes longer for delivery. Also, I do not make money on shippinig.
