The pencil is made from plastic and is yellow with black next to the pencil tip. The pencil tip and clip are made from metal and are chrome tone. The clip is marked Autopoint USA. The eraser holder is white painted metal. It says RE and it has some wear. Etched of the pencil barrel it says:Great Plains Electric - Colby, Kansas The pencil has a small amount of lead in it.
