Description: Vintage Black Forest Petite Cuckoo Clock - Runs, keeps time, and Cuckoos I removed the movement ,cleaned and oiled it using the correct oil I also made sure the bellows were good and it has worked flawlessly for over 8 weeks in my home. This is really a nice clock as it does not require a great deal of space as it is only 11" in length, 8.5" in width,and only 5.5 " in depth. I should point out that these measurements are including the crown. The pendulum is 7.25" long. As it is a 30 hour clock it does need to be mounted fairly high on a wall sothat the chains can drop the full length. The nice thing is it is not overwhelming in noise. It cuckoos with a blue cuckoo bird on the hour and half hour along with a gong. While this might not work in a bedroom it still is nice to hear it pass the hours in a attractive case that will draw comments from friends and provide entertainment to cats and children.
