The watch has a 10-K gold filled bezel with gold-filled back. SN: 2608090. The "A9" date code on the back of the watch falls into the “atypical category”, as do many of the watches made in the late 1940s (A9 also references watches made in the 2000’s). 10BM movement. Watch Dimensions: 26 x 27.5 mm; 35mm lug to lug; 14.7 mm between lugs. There is some brassing on the tops and the ends of the lugs; the body of the bezel appears to be free of brassing and the watch case presents well. Hands and hour markers are in very good condition; dial has some patina. The vintage band is gold-filled on top and stainless below; length of watch and band laid out flat are 6 and 5/8” with no stretching. Pictures form a part of this description.
