The necklace is signed Trifari on the back of the hook. This lovely necklace was part of the 1961 ad campaign “Memo to a Smart Woman”, and is also a book piece, shown on pages 142 and 226 of Collecting Costume Jewelry 202 by Julia C. Carroll. Ms. Carroll notes, “This advertisement features some of the most beautiful Trifari jewelry produced in the 1960s.” This stunning Crown Trifari “Radiance” light blue and AB blue rhinestone necklace is a spectacular centerpiece for any vintage jewelry collection.
