Description: This box was factory sealed as seen in the first few pictures. The pictures show the steps of the unboxing as I opened it for inspection because the it was in pretty bad shape. The last picture shows the bottle "re-boxed" with a small piece of tape on the bottom of the box. The "Fahrenheit" script on the bottle has mostly flaked away and the batch code that is normally imprinted on the bottom of the box and on the bottom of the bottle not viewable. The only batch code clue is a "6" as seen in the picture--but that is probably not the first number of the batch code. The pamphlet that comes with the perfume is stuck to the bottle as seen in the picture--I made no attempt to separate it from the bottle. When removed, you can expect some of the paper wrapper to stick to the bottle. The bottle is a bit dirty and I made no attempt to clean it. If you clean it with an alcohol pad all of the remaining "pieces" of the "Fahrenheit" script will dissolve and wipe away. Careful cleaning with light soap and water may result in keeping what is left of the script intact. The bottle itself is not damaged. This fragrance has been in storage many years. Most likely, this fragrance is from the 1990's or early 2000's. I had about 20 bottles of Dior (either Fahrenheit or Poison) from a "lot" purchase and only have a couple left--all have been sold on ebay and all feedback left on both the Poison and the Fahrenheit has been very positive. It is hard to pinpoint the exact year of this perfume--selling as "old stock." (If interested,my last bottle of Fahrenheit with the solid blue box bottom, i.e., without the gold band on the bottom, is also listed in my store. The packaging on that item is also distressed but the price is higher as it is my understanding that it pre-dates the gold band on the bottom box.) The Box has "33 avenue Hoche" printed on it. Also, "N 5207" is printed on the box below the short list of ingredients (Alcohol, Parfum). ***The batch code on the bottom of the bottle of a different bottle of Fahrenheit I recently sold on ebay that was in the same packaging was "1H02"*** But again, there is no visible batch code on the bottle in this listing.
