Vintage French Swiss Dot Organdy Batiste Cotton Fabric #2~ Blue White ~ dolls

Description: I had a wonderful opportunity to acquire some beautiful vintage French organdy/batiste swiss dot. A very fine cotton that has the appeal of a quality batiste but also a hint of crispness like a fine organdy. On the sheerer side and could have some light linen in the fiber as well. I squeezed it in the palm of my hand and it leaves that linen like soft creasing inherent of linen~ so a cotton with possbly some linen as well. Again, excellent quality. I acquired a variety of these in various colors which I'll be listing in separate listings.All unused very well maintained clean old store stock. My last photo shows the various ones that will be available. In the 1960's range though I acquired these as 1950's? So best estimate is 1950's-70's. This listing is for a blue and white as shown. The blue is in the mid range blues. The dot is embroidered not applied on the surface. Lovely for doll dressing, clothing, children/baby & miniature projects as well as home pieces; curtains etc... ~**Measures~ 28”wide (one selvage remaining) by 39” long.
