The garland is a white crepe paper with silver glitter in its original wax paper sleeve. While some of the wax paper sleeves are wrinkled the garland appears to be in good shape in all the packages. There is some glitter loss as we can see some in the bottom of the packages. The snow/icicle drape varies across the pattern but at the tallest point it is approx 2.75", but averages around 2.5" tall. For those that like to add a little old time Christmas to your holiday decor, these would be great to drape your mantle or set off a shelf of Christmas decor! Vintage perfection!
