The bracelet and charm are both marked STERLING - see photos. The puffy heart measures approx 11/16 inch tall and 9/16 inch across - it looks like it is slightly pushed in on the back. The cuff bracelet measures approx 6mm wide - the inside circumference measures approx 5-¼ inches from end to end and an additional 1 inch across the opening (6-¼ inches total) - it has normal light wear and some minor bends. The puffy heart is not original and the charm could easily be changed. It weighs a total of 10.3 grams. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:I ship to the U.S. only.
