Color: Upper tier is beige, and the lower tier is yellow with gold stars and white filaments scattered throughout. Uncertain as to the maker. MEAUREMENTS: The shade is approx. 9" tall, with the smaller upper tier having a diameter of approx. 12", and the larger lower tier having a diameter of 16". CONDITION: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, stains, creases, burn marks, repairs, etc. Displays very well, and it ready for use! As it is, the shade is still structurally solid and displays very well. Being sold "as-is, and as-described".
