Made in Germany. Chrome on the housings and rings is pretty decent, but does have some some scratches and other cosmetic blemishes. Reflectors are ok, but one has some rust along the lower portion. H3 bulbs are made in Germany, untested. Glass is ok, with normal road wear, pitting, and one has a more noticeable chip in it. Please see the pic where I am pointing to the chip. Glass is marked HELLA Made in Germany, TN6 SAE F71, 0 01-113 232. Comes as shown. Will be well packed for safe shipping.
