Vintage MISS GINGER DOLL ORIGINAL

Description: THANKS for visiting my Sale Listing !! You are considering PURCHASING... ONE VINTAGE COLLECTIBLE PRE-OWNED LITTLE MISS GINGER DOLL This wonderful, vintage doll belonged to my mother. We inherited it. We are having to downsize and MUST sell many of our finest collectibles. I believe this DOLL is a......1957+ Cosmopolitan Miss Ginger doll, approximately 10-1/2″ tall. I'm certainly NO vintage DOLL "expert" - so examine my photos carefully. This DOLL has a soft vinyl head with rooted hair, sleep eyes - hard vinyl body, TIGHTLY jointed at the neck, shoulders, waist and hips with high heeled feet, pierced ears and painted finger nails, doll marked/stamped on back of head "Ginger". The condition of this doll is very good, VINTAGE - PREOWNED - as shown in my photos. There is no repairs or damage. The body is in really nice shape - as I've shown in my photos. NO body damage. NO staining. NO body repairs. I note a super tiny "mark"(?) above her LEFT eyebrow. ...See Photos. ORIGINAL Body color is remarkably consistent as you can tell from the photos. NO damage or marks to the body that I can detect or note other than above. She obviously was NEVER played with HARD in the past. She and her clothing has NOT been CLEANED, POLISHED or altered since we inherited her. She, and her clothing, certainly could use a careful clean-up after many years of protective storage. She grew up in a SMOKE FREE environment. The beautiful, blue - "sleep" eyes are in good working condition. The left eye can be a little slow some of the time. Red Bow in her original rooted hair. LIGHT BROWN Hair has NOT been cut or altered. The hair is in a PONY TAIL - in my opinion. See photos. Original - RED - Finger/Toe nail polish - is still basically intact/visible - as shown. I'm including TWO - DOLL CLOTHING/Outfits - as shown. One - sheer, chiffon, one piece - LONG dress, has the original "Fashions for "Ginger"" tag on it - See Photo. Her long, one-piece, flowing dress is showing several wear/deterioration areas in her see-through "chiffon" dress material. Its in pretty fragile condition as shown. Because of its fragility - this dress will not take much handling pressure. The two piece outfit that you see her dressed in - in several of my photos - does not have a tag. The clothing and GINGER herself - has been in protective storage for several years. I consider this to be a VERY NICE - MISS GINGER - VINTAGE - COLLECTIBLE DOLL.
