Description: Up for your consideration is this early vintage Paddington bear child's sweater. It is really well crafted with quilted elements and embroidered writing. It has a cloth tag not nylon or plastic, looks very early 1970's possibly earlier. I looked up the manufacturer St. Michael's Marks & Spencer and it was made in the United Kingdom England specifically I believe. It would look great on a small child or large doll, or even a large stuffed bear the possibilities are endless. If I was a big fan of Paddington Bear I would frame it as a piece of wall art it's that well made. I couldn't find any others like it on a pretty extensive internet search, so I will assume that it is scarce if not a super rare item. I took lots of photos with a yard stick to show the actual size.
