Description: Vintage peach Union Made formal gown. Just beautiful. I couldn't help myself, I tried it on and it was gorgeous. It moves beautifully. This would waltz like a dream. It is the perfect weight, a gorgeous, soft shade and perfectly altered to the female form. The way the bow rests in the rear accents the assets perfectly. The measurements were taken with the garment laying flat. Now for the bad part. Yes, there is a bad part. So sad. But not horrible! I've seen faaaaar worse. This is still wearable. Not a lost cause by any means. 1. There are three places where the fabric has torn or a hole has begun. Since the skirt is so full they are easy to miss. One of those iron on patches would effectively halt any further damage and hold the fabric in place. 2. The left side bust is missing something...there is a hook there that is missing its eye. This will require a little bit of creativity on your part. Maybe you tack it down. Maybe you pin or sew a big flower/corsage to the spot. Maybe you have a better idea. You probably do. If you are picky and want your clothes in perfect, impeccable shape this dress is not for you. If you are mellow and don't mind your vintage showing its age then this will be a win.
