Description: Wisconsin estate auction find. This is not a vintage silver gelatin prints, but a period photo lithograph --- that is, it has a dot pattern. I first thought it was photo. The dot pattern is small. I wish it was a real photo though. I just learned about the Tonnesen Sisters. Beatrice Tonnesen was an accomplished photographer at the turn of the century in Chicago. She was one of, if not the first, photographer to use live models in print advertising. It's kinda weird to think that they didn't do it before then. Now I know to keep my eye open for original prints from her. This is still a nice framable image. Please give me a shout if you have questions. THE FINE PRINT AND FAQS: 1. Carefully examine my studio-quality photographs. I do my best to document any flaws or issues. I tend to go overboard in showing flaws. I hate surprises when I buy on eBay as much as you do. I also do my best to accurately describe the items I find. Some categories I know better than others. I will tell you what I know and what I have researched. After that you are on your own.
