Description: This is an Original Robeson Cutlery Knife made in Germany. The age of this knife is unknown to me, although I have read that the older 1890 to early 1900’s Robeson knives were stamped “Robeson Germany” as this one is. Blade length - 7.25 inches. OAL is 11.5 inches. This is a heavy knife with a stag handle. The handle is in great shape with no cracks and is tight. The blade shows its age as I have not attempted to clean or remove any of the material from it, there are minor scratches from a previous owner attempting to clean the blade but they’re not deep and can be buffed or polished off. There is no chipping on the blades’ edge and the tip of the blade is in good condition. There is minor corrosion on the blade and the exposed part of the tang. The finger guard looks to be made of nickel, it is an identical material used for the 3 pins/rivets that tie the Stag handle to the Tang. I am including a Sheath in this sale but it is not the Original Sheath for this knife, I am including it for safety during shipping. Thank you for checking out my listing.
