Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Very pretty MCM vintage Venetian glass necklace with 3 large 24kt gold leaf twisted art glass pieces: one on the bottom and one of either side in the middle of it. There are clear round glass crystal beads set between golden end caps, hand strung on golden silk cord with small golden bead accents after each third crystal bead and larger ribbed oval stylized golden metal beads placed near the bottom art glass and again symmetrically placed along the middle on either side. The golden silk cording shows through the round, clear glass beads so it is quite striking, making for a nice compliment to large golden art glass leaves. The length measuring at approximately 13 1/2” on either side, it sits elegantly along the décolleté. It is good condition with just some minimal wear, consistent with age and previous use. Stylized hook and push-in closure to the back works perfectly fine but shows some of the gold plate has rubbed off and some plate is off on a few of the smaller beads, all in keeping from a jewel of this age being circa 1950s, Italian in origin.
