The beautiful wood handle has the the original label & the name Ulmia N0 4 on it. It has no issues, it is refinished, strong and tight. It weighs 9oz. The blade has mfg name on it, it has some pitting,but very clean and sharp...but I always suggest sharpening for optimal use. It is very thick at the neck.
