This 1990’s / 2000’s era vintage maxi mermaid style prom dress is a sparkle glitter dot stretch with ruching on the side. It’s a square neckline, like a tube dress silhouette but with wider straps. At the side is the beading accent with sewn on jewels. The skirt is a maxi length, with cascading ruffles down one side. There’s a built in padded bra. It zips up the side. What makes this special: The sparkles pick up the light and glisten! The color goes between purple and blue depending on the light.
