It comes with a felt bag marked Fifth Avenue. The lid has a nice enamel graphic image of water with fish. The compact is in very nice, clean condition with no breaks or damage and minor wear. This is a very nice piece. There is a little sticker residue on the bottom that could probably be cleaned off with a little Goo B Gone. This is a great find from a local estate.
