The badge is identification for the "Assistant General Manager" which is imprinted in blue enamel. The pin is made of gold or brass toned metal detailed with embossed image of a sun with face and flower and it reads, "State Fair of Texas Exposition of Lights and Flowers October 10-25, 1964."
