Fully tested and working. No stains or imperfections anywhere. Fur is as soft as the day he was purchased. My parents bought two of these at the time and was able to save one like new mint condition. Noted by the serial number on the back and the time in which it was purchased makes this a true true plush classic and a '90 s collectible.
