Description: VTG 20s Red Chiffon Fringe Cocktail Dress W/ Rhinestone BeltGood used vintage condition, w/ many flaws. Dress is made of red chiffon & has what feels like a silk lining underneath, but is possible it's a silk blend of some sort. There are fringe loops that hang down from dress on skirt & at front right shoulder, & a small matching belt w/ a rhinestone buckle. Dress is very delicate & has many holes, tears, & stains. There are multiple stains, some looking like water stains, on the lower half of dress all over in various spots, w/ some at the top of dress too. Some of the gems are missing on the belt buckle & there is a small random hook on the inner right shoulder, unsure what it is for. There's a large hole at the back left slip & stains below that. There is a hole at the right side seam on slip & tears at both armpit / armhole areas, & at tops of shoulder straps. More tears & stains throughout dress. It's possible there are other small snags, holes or spots that were missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
