There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the movie is brand new and unopened.REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item.
